Congrats and keep up the great work. I live in Geneva, a Vietnamese expat who actually calls Sydney Australia home, who in turn has migrated to Geneva Switzerland for the last 10 years... I miss Viet food terribly and you kinda gimme the fix even if I just drool and continue creating my improvisations of Viet food with limited ingredients here in Geneva.
