I wonder how clean the Vietnam streetfood was? How can it be clean if they are using their bare hands to prepare the food. It added taste? Ewww!

"Business is business" --isn't that the truth. Most of my experience with that is here in Southern California, with only a smidge of it actually in Vietnam. I'm used to the attitude now and expect it, but I don't really understand it.
