Hot Southern Beach Tucker

Our mate Vietnamesegod, proud Nha Trang citizen, is down visiting dear old Mum and family, attending his mate's wedding and hoeing into some of his favourite tucker while he's there. Of the above, god man writes:

"Ninh Hoa Spring rolls is such a super dish which you have to roll with your own hands. It comes with heaps of different veggies, crispy rice paper and long sticks of grilled pork. Dip in an orange sauce after adding some pickled shallots and carrots, cucumber, green mango and star fruit."

It's "Hello! Drool, get me there now stuff!" I've sampled quite a few of his local haunts and, I kid you not, there ain't nothing wrong with the cuisine in this beachy central hot spot.
