Those look delicious! It is definitely worth waiting for the hot balls indeed. Cool and greasy fried items are never that pleasing. The stuffing sounds interesting as well. Is the yellow bean a similar taste to red bean found in some Chinese fried items?

I remembered these lil bally things the other day and suddenly missed hanoi sooooo much. these balls are seriously the yummiest snack and obviously very healthy. miss you guys heaps miss the food more heheh jj...keep up the mouth watering work


Gemma - The yellow bean is used in a lot of dishes in Hanoi. I still haven't quite worked out what they are exactly but they're like a kind of lentil.
