Mzungu

I've cooked pigs head before and made brawn. I wonder how sheep's head would taste in a terrine ?

christmas sweets

Ok, at first glance I thought they're fish heads. But I got a little scared when I realized they're sheeps'. Haha. I have had goat's head sour stew before and it's yummy. I wonder how sheep's head tastes like though.

errr your link contains recipes for Archosargus probatocephalus, not Ovis aries. Cooking times (among other things) may vary!

Mzungu & Christmas sweets - sure the sheep's head just as useful/tasty in both cases

Jim Flannery - sorry

It's not very pretty to look at, but in a stew it is delicious.

OMG, you are making my next trip to Greece easier: I wanted to avoid the popular touristic places and was looking for some interesting quiet, laidback locations overthere. You just helped me find a nice one, Thanks

I know they look horrible before cooked. It's like a murder scene. Bu I must admit that the soup from sheep head is one of my favorites. It is a specialty of some restaurants in Turkey, too. I love the garlic sauce and butter on the top. Squeeze some lemon and drop a little vinegar and enjoy. Yum yum!

Its not looking so much amazing but it teats really delicious.
