This looks absolutely divine. I am a huge Bun Cha fan (see the post on my blog (chilliandmint.com) if you are curious - I also have one on Pho) and mixing it with crab, tomato, herbs etc sounds a great combo. I don't suppose you have a recipe for it do you? Bun Rieu Cha - I've got to remember that dish for my next visit. Thanks for pointing me in the direction of your blog post, a very enjoyable read.
